You may return eligible merchandise for a refund within 7 days. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an email to support@artisanleathersupply.com within 7 days of product arrival. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

Items marked as Special Deal are final and CANNOT be returned.
Shipping cost from and to Artisan Leather Supply are non-refundable and must be PREPAID. We do not accept COD or 3rd party billing.
We recommend using a service with tracking for all returns. Tracking lets you know the item is on its way, and we can assist in tracing the package in case it is lost in transit.
RMA number must be obtained for any returns. Returned packages with no RMA number will be discarded or returned to sender.
Product must be in the original condition including all tags, stickers, UPC codes etc. intact as when we shipped them. You will be charged 30% restocking fee if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition or if returned past the 30-day time frame. Item(s) that are used will NOT be refunded and will be discarded.
